Given the current disquieting and uncertain situation concerning us all, Litera Meat wants to convey a calming and assuaging message.

As food producers, it is our commitment to continue operating to guarantee the supply to large establishments and other meat factories. Litera Meat is part of a sector which, in situations like this, is essential to meet the basic needs of the population. We continue to be committed and it is our responsibility to maintain food production, implementing at all moments a strict operating protocol to prevent and check the expansion curve of COVID-19.

We are fully aware of the current situation, so a rigorous security procedure including immediate and compulsory measures has been adopted within our premises. These measures are daily verified by the Quality, Food Safety and Environmental Issues Department to reinforce the protection of all the human team comprising Litera Meat, whose operations are continued and guaranteed in compliance with the regulations regarding the state of alert declared by the Central Government.

We should like to place on record our sincere thanks to all those professionals who, despite this difficult situation, show their dedication and commitment to society. We should now, more than ever, do our part, keeping in mind that the destiny of all depends on the attitude of every one of us.
